Makes the absolute best chicken strips on the planet - gluten-free or not (this coming from a teen boy that thinks chicken strips are a major food group). Our All Purpose Fry Mix is versatile and tasty. You can coat just about anything! Works best when deep-fried but can be used for pan frying as well. Soak your chicken in buttermilk for an hour first for a thick, crunchy coating. Alternatively, you can roll it in an egg bath and then coat for a thinner, more delicate crust. We recommend smaller pieces of chicken OR using boneless chicken pieces for optimal results. Use our All-Purpose Fry Mix to fry up any type of fish. Roll in an egg wash (1 egg, 2-3 tablespoons of water) and then coat with fry mix. Roll fresh sliced onions in coating and deep fry for heavenly onion rings. This is the mix that made my family and friends urge me to start selling. The brownies I'd had up to creating these were invariably gritty and dry or very oddly textured. Nothing like the brownies of my youth. I remembered and wanted brownies that would crackle on top. Brownies that are super-chocolaty and super-decadent. Brownies that are chewy yet melt away. I'm proud to announce that these brownies fulfill these demands. They are incredibly delicious and can be served to anyone, regardless of their Gluten-Free status. Of the numerous people we've had test these, only a few knew that there was something "different" about them. These are as good as, or better than, their gluten-containing counterparts. And with loads of chocolate chips, you're sure to get your chocolate fix! Keep a gallon of milk on hand. These are awesome with a tall glass of ice cold milk. And if you have the willpower, our brownies are even better on the second day. For most folks, they're gone long before that time rolls around, though! * Regarding possible peanut traces in this product. The chocolate chips we use come from a factory that is peanut free BUT does run peanut containing items around the holidays. The plant is shut down on Friday, completely cleaned, and the peanut products are run on the weekend. The plant is then shut down again and the entire line completely decontaminated. The company has personally assured me that they consider their chips to be peanut-free, but I am leaving it up to you to decide if this is an OK item for you or your peanut intolerant loved one. Incredible eaten plain, but over the top when rolled in cinnamon sugar or glazed. Completely decadent and probably the best doughnut holes you'll ever make at home. With this yummy mix, you'll be able to whip up a moist and dense loaf of fruit bread. Use bananas, applesauce, pumpkin puree, or any other veggie puree you've got. Even carrots! When stuck in the frig overnight (if it lasts that long) it's just heaven on a plate. Yum! We served this to many non gluten-free folks and it was gone immediately. One person in particular (and you know who you are!) took 1/2 a loaf home to share with his wife. It never made it. In the drive between his home and ours, he ate it all. Every slice! Our favorite variety is the pumpkin bread. Great for fall and winter and goes great with a hot cup of tea or hot cocoa. Applesauce lends a more delicate flavor and carrots will give you a nice robust loaf. If you're adding bananas try tossing in a cup or so of mini chocolate chips. Swoon!
