SLG Mercantile is open for our 26th week of business. There is a new listing for handwoven recycled rugs.

Sequim Valley Products, The Live Bread Shoppe and Alder Wood Bistro have temporarily removed their listings from SLG. They will return very soon.

Growers and Producers will be adding new items during the ordering cycle, so come visit the site often and place as many orders as you like. We will combine multiple orders into one order at the end of the ordering cycle. I will email you an updated list of current items on Monday morning for your convenience. New Year distribution at the Grange will be moved to the Wednesday this week because of New Year on Thursday.

This is your last chance for an Alder Wood Bistro pizza for 2008 on SLG. Alder Wood Bistro is closed the month of January but will reopen February 3rd when they update & activate their pizza selection at that time. And don’t forget the Invitation to Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Bistro with a Prix Fixe Three Course Dinner! The details are on the SLG Weblog.

SLG Mercantile is open for our 25th week of business.

REMINDER: New Year distribution at the Grange will be moved to the Wednesday this week because of New Year on Thursday.

Alder Wood Bistro is closed for the whole month of January and our pizzas will not be available after Dec 31st. Gabriel & I will be back and working that last week of January (bistro opens again Tues, Feb 3rd) when we can update & activate our pizza selection at that time.

Get your last Alder Wood Bistro meal of 2008! Chef Gabriel has created a tantalizing Three-Course prix fixe menu including fresh Dungeness crab, Northwest Elk, Yukon King salmon and more. See menu below.

I also wanted to pass this note along from the Live Bread Shoppe:

Live Bread Shoppe won’t be offering bread from December 19 through Jan 5. Their bakery closes for that two week period to give their staff a holiday break. So please, plan ahead and order more this week to carry you through the holidays! The bread can be sliced & frozen to retain its nutrients. Thanks.
